Excellent service! Very professional and friendly throughout entire process from estimate to removal day. Very prompt responses to any questions and cleaned up our property thoroughly after work was complete. Chris was our foreman and he kept us updated every step of the process during the day. Marti was our certified arborist and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional and we plan to use Independent again in the future.

We have used them a couple of times. Most recently we had a failing tree. Marti came out quickly and was able to get a crew here before the tree fell on the house. Efficient and professional . Recommend.
