Kelly was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend and I will be using KCB Travel again. I couldnt say enough good things. She was very responsive and attentive even with our very large group. She went above and beyond to check on us when we arrived, ensured our transportation went as planned, and sent me a reminder for our pickup for our departure flights!! She helped make the experience enjoyable and as stress-free as possible!! Also, took away the stress from searching, planning, and coordinating. Plan with Kelly!!

Kelly was absolutely amazing! I went on a trip to Mexico with my friends and Kelly made planning so simple and easy. Even on the trip we ran into some issues with the resort and she immediately provided us with an answer and a solution. I highly recommend using KCB Travel.

Kelly was PHENOMENAL! We had 9 people traveling in our group and Kelly made our planning and scheduling so EASY and STRESS FREE. Most of my emails sent to her began with "I'm sorry again to be a pain but..." because our group had quite the amount of questions which she handled amazingly and never made us feel like a burden. I sent her emails last minute asking her to add my Mom to our vacation as well as look into 20 different scenarios for how she was going to travel. She replied back within a couple hours with 5 different options and priced them all down to the penny so she knew exactly what to choose. She was also able to get her on our flights that we already booked weeks in advance with a seat beside us. While at the resort we had two small issues related to Covid testing and Kelly handled them within a couple minutes, we did not have to do anything. Also through the first couple hours and day of travel she checked with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and made sure we got to the resort ok. I will hands down be using her for all my future travel plans!! Highly recommend.

Working with Kelly was a wonderful experience.She coordinated a last minute trip change (not originally booked by her) of 9 people with one phone call! Great follow through and follow up..I will definitely be using her again for any travel plans!
