The staff was good and I did get my refund in time my only issue was when I called to get another copy of my paperwork it took a entire week to get

do not file your taxes with these place , they most like aquire more money than what they initially tell you due to the fact that there is bank involved before you've recieved the money , seems like everyone is aware if these now since people weren't receiving there money because the irs didnt not have the bank account , due to there bank being the one on file , the person who did my taxes has been avoiding sending my tax return reciept , seems like they are hiding taking more money than the "150" , I'll soon get that info from the irs and ill be sure to pursuit legal actions.
