South is basically the Getto. The office never fixes anything and the will come into your apartment whenever you want, even if youre in the shower and dont hear the knock. The people are loud and disrespectful and the roommate matching is terrible. My roommates steal and threaten me yet the office doesnt do anything. It might be cheap but its dangerous

There is a rat issue, and I feel like it is only going to get worse. I have seen four in my apartment this year while living at University linq North, and there probably has been even more that I havent seen. We live on the first floor so it is probably more common for us. But we were notified that an apartment above us had rats as well. The space of the apartment is nice, and it is a pretty affordable apartment. But I would not recommend this place at all due to the rat infestation.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I moved in August 2020 and have been dealing with a rat infestation ever since. The apartment complex has done hardly anything to try and fix the problem. There has been no extermination measures taken and the problem is still ongoing. It would be better to live anywhere else.

Great and patient staff. Really good price for location. Office staff really helpful with anything issues or needs.

The experience has overall been sufficient with what I've experienced while living in the North building of this apartment complex since August of last year. The only issues so far have been seeing two roaches but I use my own pest spray to deal with that. Also, the gate being tricky to understand. Everyone seems to be able to get in but me and I have to wait for someone else to either leave or enter in order to drive in
But I don't really care about any of that compared to the POOR INSULATION OF THE WALLS IN MY ROOM AND THAT MEANS THAT IT'S ALWAYS COLD. MY ROOMATES TURN OFF THE HEAT BUT I SAY NOTHING CAUSE I DON'T WANT ANY ISSUES BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE THE HEAT JUST ESCAPES OUT THE WALLS ANYWAY SO I SIT IN THE COLD AND FORCED TO WEAR MULTIPLE LAYERS TO SUFFER LESS.
It is what it is.
