Fredy and his team completely revamped the exterior of my home. What started with a stucco repair, the project eventually turned into a new roof, gutter system, and exterior paint job. Our home now looks brand new. The team was professional, timely, and cost effective. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend Stucco Pros of Tampa Bay, Inc to anyone who needs to get their house stucco repaired or plywood replaced! It is hard to find a company that we can trust nowadays, so make sure you keep Fredy’s team in mind whenever you need people who are super reliable and efficient. The condition of the outside of our house was pretty bad before Fredy’s team came in. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly they finished the job (only 3 days!!) despite how much work it was to replace both the stucco and the plywood! The price was also very reasonable for the high quality work they completed. Once again, I’m STRONGLY recommending Fredy’s team to anyone who needs stucco work done!

We had stucco and painting work done on our house by another company five years ago. Their work was not done properly and we had problems on the second floor of our home. We tried to contact the former company and except for giving us a texted bid, they were non-responsive. Stucco Pros, however, was fantastic from start to finish. The job turned out to be much bigger than originally anticipated as part of the wooden structure of our second floor had to be replaced because of the shoddy work done by the prior company. Stucco Pros showed us the damage and gave us the bad news instead of just doing a patch job and taking our money like the other company. They called out carpenters, removed and replaced all the water damaged structures, applied waterproof membranes, ect., which the prior company completely neglected before stuccoing. We then had the house painted and they did a fantastic job and used a high quality Sherwin Williams "Emerald" outdoor paint. They were extremely careful, even putting drop cloths over our cars, and very, very thorough with the clean-up. Of course, there were a couple little snafus, as is to be expected with a project this large, but they corrected them quickly and with the utmost professionalism. This was not an inexpensive job, but the price was reasonable considering the amount of work they did and level of professionalism they used to execute it. We were very pleased to find out they also do indoor painting, as we will certainly be hiring them to also do that work in the future. From start to finish, Stucco Pros was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

We contracted with Fredy to do a sand finish stucco our home and then paint. He was always on time and stuck to his original quote. His team was done with the stucco project in 1 week, which is amazing given the amount of work to be done. The painting took 1 day for prep and priming and 1 day of paint. Fredy is exremely professional and takes a consultative approach to the job, offering options and helping us make good choices along the way. I would highly recommend Stucco Pros for any need you have at your home and we will be contracting with Fredy for many more projects in the future.
