Shoe Service & Alterations

I dont like this place. She is very rude and she doesnt take any time to understand what I needed with my shoe. She seems like she doesnt even want my business. She didnt listen to anything I had to say I dont like it here, and I dont recommend this place.

I looked this place up as my wife needed to have some new leather boots modified - they are high, and she wanted to add a zipper to make them easier to put on.   The owner was honest and said she couldn't do it but a relative might be able to help.  She had him join via FaceTime and showed him the boots and described the work we requested.  He said he could do it, but that it would be expensive- $80.  As my wife lives these boots - I said of course!2 weeks later, we picked them up.  The zippers were added as promised.  But the boots don't fit any better than before - hard to get them all the way up.  We had explained that we wanted more "room" or "give" - and the owner is the one who suggested a zipper would do the trick. Oh well.
