These people are a joke. Said they delivered a package and they absolutely did not. No package at neighbors, nowhere around the house, not in mailbox....nothing. Can't get anyone to help. No details provided about the delivery...AWFUL

I DONT KNOW WHY BIG COMPANIES CONTINUE TO USE THIS CARRIER!! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME LASERSHIP HAS SENT A NOTIFICATION THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND NEVER WAS. THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION BUT STILL NO INFO. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY I PURCHASED MY PRODUCTS ONLY FOR THEM TO USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN!!! NOW GUES WHAT? MY REPLACEMENT PACKAGE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERD TODAY, AND I HAVE YET BEEN SENT AN UPDATE!!

Delivery was made a day early. Excellent. At 11:11PM. Not great but, OK. Driver DID NOT KNOCK OR RING BELL. Got the delivery confirmation as notice. Have had packages stolen before. ID-10T left package on the clear, well illuminated , unenclosed porch. Management might want to reconsider this SOP...

if you couldnt tell from the other reviews, avoid this shipping company if you can! they said they delivered my package but it was no where to be found. went through customer service to customer service call, just for them to carry out an investigation that concluded nothing. im a broke college student and this was my last straw- if anyone went through a similar situation please let me know what else i could do to get my package!
