        Food was good and filling, but what impressed me was Haley’s great and kind service. They were understaffed but it was obvious she was working very hard to accommodate a busy evening while still in a great mood. Thank you Haley!

        Absolutely the worst service at any restaurant in the airport. Employees had no idea how to make a simple roast beef sandwich. If you take the risk, be ready to wait at least 20-30 min to process your order, and this isn’t even a sit down restaurant. No sense of urgency at all from employees. Extremely disappointed, ended up just cancelling order.

        5:30 pm and they are already out of half their menu and the ice machine is broken. Normally love Potbelly, but this one is clearly poorly managed.
