First of all, let me just say that my roofing needs were anything but simple as I had to have my insurance company involved; which required a LOT of back and forth between not just me and the insurance but also the SouthShore & the insurance! Derrick was my main point of contact and helped me the whole way and was always so kind and understanding even when I had a million questions or concerns--and he was always willing to help me provide the seemingly endless amounts of information I needed to give to the insurance company. Once the funds were secured, Derrick was able to squeeze me into the schedule within a WEEK and had my roof done in a day. I could not be happier with the customer service provided by Derrick and the workmanship done by the company. Highly recommend! Also, I hope Derrick gets a raise because anyone with as much patience as he had dealing with my situation and insurance company *really* deserves it.

SouthShore Roofing is an excellent company that replaced my roof. From the Salesmen, Daniel & Cory, to the Project Manager, David, to Customer Service, Jennifer & Melissa, to the work crew, they were all very knowledgeable & professional & worked very hard. They answered all my questions & concerns. A terrific company to work with. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Southshore Roofing! James, Victor, and their crew were amazing. They were extremely affordable, reliable, efficient, and made our whole job process a lot easier on us. I highly recommend you contact these guys for any of your roofing, stucco, or gutter needs!!!

SouthShore roofing made the re-roofing process easy and proficient. Corey S. the Project Development Manger/Specialist was with me through the whole process. He was kind, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and resources. He would be the main person I came to for any questions regarding the roofing process and always responded in a timely manner. James the Project Manger was there for the replacement of the roof and ensured the replacement was done efficiently along with his team. The wind mitigation included in the process was performed by Kyle with the Tampa Inspection Company. He was able to schedule the same week and provide the report within a day. The company made the re-roofing process a more enjoyable experience from the initial call to the finalized permit. Thank you for everyone's help including Jessica and Jennifer in the office.
