Fly Bar and Restaurant

Honestly was just thinking about this mac n cheese tonight haha I was sad to see this place go! My girlfriend and I went on a Friday to then unfortunately hear they closed the following week. Cool atmosphere, good drinks, and food. I think about that Mac n cheese quite a bit if im being honest haha.. anywhere else where that may be served? Or plans to reopen elsewhere?

Was charged for a neet pour without being told, was charged for rocks without being told. The attitude from the staff is what is unacceptable, price is ridiculously high (woodford 20.00?!?!?!) But I refuse to allow a lecture from someone who doesn't even know what I am asking for and then was 'too busy' to assist. I mean there were 6 other people in the bar and only 5 employees...that I saw. Certainly under why I had to actually get up and flag down a server so that I could close my tab. Apparently I have never been to a cocktail bar previously, (I was told this when I inquired about the neet/rocks upcharge) If you are pouring from a jigger why does it matter? So if I add ice it's more but if I just have it next its more. Should have kept this bar closed. Terrible and we will NEVER return

Fly Bar has made a comeback and it's still as cool as ever, even without the rooftop experience. The interior decor is just as stylish and makes for a great hangout spot with friends or a casual date night. Their drinks and food are just as good as I remember them to be. I'll definitely be returning to try more items on their new menu. On this visit, I ordered the hummus and the braided short rib. The hummus was good as expected, and while I'm still waiting for a fun review of a hummus disaster, it was a solid choice. The braided short rib was a standout dish, with a delicious bacon butter topping that added a nice touch of saltiness to the dish. Be warned though, it might be a bit too salty for some, but for me, it was a clean plate kind of meal.
