This place has absolutely the best BBQ in South Tampa. I was leary of coming here because this location used to be Bjs Alabama BBQ and that place is horrible however this is a completely new operation with outstanding service and food. I came in today and was helped by such a nice young lady named Amanda. She took great detail in showing me the menu and taking my order. I got a platter with pulled pork, rib tips and the absolute best collard greens I have ever tasted in my life. I highly recommend this restaurant. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Today was our second attempt and last chance for this place. The first time we ordered, we picked it up to go. To find the beans lid was not closed all the way and leaked into all the other food. Meat was dry, Mac and cheese was severely bland and dry. We really wanted to like this place so we tried again and ordered with Uber. We got two rib tip meals and both were missing a side (potato salad and Mac and cheese). Again the beans were not sealed and spilled into the bag. Paid extra for the street corn bc its popular.. but really just paid extra for regular, bland and boring corn - no flavor! We ordered the key lime pie and that was also missing completely. So probably at least $100 wasted in total with this place for both visits.
