I took a CPR class through altruistic nursing. My previous BLS card was expired, and Christina promised that we would get our cards the same day as the class. The class itself was good, and she had us pay via Venmo at the end of the class. I did not get my card that day, though. I called and left voicemails 3 days in a row afterwards and sent emails but was never able to get in touch with Christina again after the class. Four days later, I got my card in my email, but Christina never responded to me or apologized for it being late.
