Watch the amount that they pay you. They don't speak ANY English so its impossible to communicate with them if you are not Spanish. They tried to pay us only 40% of the total because they said it had plastic in it. Watch your weight when you go on the scale.

Called on the phone and the lady said she couldnt speak english WTH is going on? How can I can ask questions? I dont know how someone didnt think this through.

Its a hit or miss sometimes they do me right sometimes They do me wrong you just Gotta make sure whatever it says on the scale is what theyve put down and make sure they dont minus the container when there wasnt a container at 35 pounds of bare bright she wrote down 31 and then she Subtracted the container off of it which is a total of 8 lbs at 3 something a pound is a$ 25 lose

They cut corners and don't give you the proper type of metal or weight. When you are there at the end of the day. And the guy at scale 2 gets really rushy and pushy and will call everything tin if you let him. Other than that i love the place. Friendly. Helpful and decemt. Once again as long as you are not one of the last people there

They pay sometimes better than other scrap yards but this place is ridiculous. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a place that has Spanish speaking employees. But the big problem is that this place is mostly of only Spanish speaking employees that do not understand English. There's a older gentleman that will stand there and watch dog everything you are removing and will just stand and watch extremely close as he stands next to you. Does not really offer help either. First of all with covid still being a issue and the fact while unloading it will either get himself or myself hurt dropping things, they get in the way and do not keep a safe distance. And if there is something they can't accept they will just say no and they cannot explain why... Not to mention just went there first thing in the AM and they were all about 20 minutes late to open the gates. There's barely any space and there's no good way to communicate. There should be someone who can speak clear English or Spanish in the yard and near the scales. I've had questions about why certain items were weighed a certain way and there's no way to communicate if you cannot communicate with a bilingual speaking person. This place needs tuning up with it's employees, needs a better layout or new location. You shouldn't operate a business that exchanges money if you cannot communicate clearly about your products.
