They wont even give you a call back if youre having issues at the property at you live at.

To the NRP GROUP I've been reading about the NRP GROUP on the internet and how they find the people to work in the standard of the company, but it seems like they have some people working for them at Magnolia Gardens in Brooksville that don't care and is the only 55+ that doesn't have someone there all day and no one cares. The Maintenance personnel there knows when the Management comes and that's only 2 times a week, he doesn't clean the building or anything else but he comes to work and set's in the office for about 1 Uhr, after that he doesn't do anything. The walls have chrecks in them, the entrance door has been broken now for one year or so and Management shows no interest about what goes on here. When the doors opened in 2012 it was a very nice place to live and there was a good management, now it's just getting to be a bad place to live. There needs to be something done to fix this problem, we need a Management that's here all day and a Maintenance person who can do his work the right way. We hope that you will start doing something to make it great again like it was when it opened in 2012 but as it seems your company don't hold too what they say because if your company did they would take care of the problem.
