Dealing with Vesado through Airbnb was a living nightmare. I booked my rental 6 months ago for an event that I planned on attending in Tampa. 2 hours prior to checkin I get a notification that my reservation has been canceled. I had been in contact with them prior to them canceling and was told early checkin wasn’t available due to tenants staying the night prior. After getting the cancel notification come to find out the listing has been unavailable since May? Then why wasn’t it taken down? It seems to me like this was poor communication on their end. BEWARE!

Not a business you can trust at all, I would recommend you stay away! Here's what happened: 1. They cold called me asking if I wanted to sell our property 2. I had a rental home to sell with tenants still there. The lease was up soo so arranged for Anne Vo to visit the property with the tenants. 3. We came to an agreed upon price. 4. Contracts were signed and the title company had everything they needed. Closing date was set for May 31st 5. I let my tenants out of the last few months of the lease so the transition would be simpler at closing. Tried to verify a time for closing then was told that the price was too high and they're not going through with it, but have received no written notification. So here's what they do - they treat this contract like an option on your real estate - basically they tie it up for as long as possible so they can do a double close and never have to take actual possession. This means that if they can't sell it for more than the contract they simply do not execute. Terrible communication - shady dealings - find a reputable real estate agent or buyer for your property and not this company. REGARDING THE RESPONSE: Simply not true. The property was never "described during your inspection process" - there was only one visit to the property, by Anne Vo which I assume constituted the sum of the inspection. There were no further descriptions offered by myself or the tenants. I received no written offer of a lesser price.
