For the last two months this place has called and canceled my appts. The worst place to tey and get help. I would recommend not to call them they will not help. The worst ever

I've used this office for over a year, starting before the pandemic. They were not useful to myself. Terrible spending 1/2 the day calling to reach a human to confirm/change/cancel appts. to no avail, angering! When you do reach a human, it's as if your call has interrupted their horseplay, as it continues in the background, as you struggle to hear the person your talking with. Reached the point I need a counselor to deal with the stress of interacting with this company!!!
Never offered any tools, or materials to cope with my issues in life, as my situation has little capacity for change. I can only change myself.
I have a long list of running issues, mostly the contact factor, that saw Zero changes in 1.3ys. My Dr at solace severed by some means. Not long after started having issues with meds, begging for 4 months seeking help with them, promises of a new Dr, & then pushing for new Dr added in last 2 months for a total of 6 months no Dr avail. The last 2-3 weeks before I finally got new to me Dr appt, blood screens from my primary showed a med from them causing me hyponatremia!!! (Depletion of salt in the body to the point of health danger levels!!!) Then & only then did I get an actual Dr visit, he was not friendly as expected for a first visit meeting. Solace spent several long months of promising next call is with a Dr, only to not get one. Eventually last promise before the Dr (5 months), I get a green nurse practitioner that hung up on me mid call, after upsetting me early on, & then again, by asking me why I had not been asking about my meds?!?!!! Really? -Wish charts were read before visiting a New to you patient instead of negative assumptions nurse placed upon myself. And that was the last straw for me. No longer using this company, I hope my review helps others decide on if solace behavioral health is for them. I highly Don't recommend solace.
