        Perry got the job done. Despite struggling to extract one of two shower valve inserts in pieces (had been in place for twenty some odd years) Alvarez stayed true to their quote and job was cleaned up and done in a few hours.

        I seriously love these guys. 3 out of 4 experiences have been amazing! One guy kind of sucked, and I have damage because he failed to tell me something small that could have saved me about $2k. However, the other 3 guys have been incredible, and I will STILL call them for everything HVAC and plumbing related.
