That lady, Teysha in another review, is crazy. EG rules. Some moms have way too much time on their hands. I've called on them for the same job countless times with deadlines and my livelihood on the line, and always got professional quality without a hitch.

My son e-mailed a certain file to this company to have prints done. After a few days he called to see if prints were done, he was told they never received the file, so he e-mailed them again according to the guy on the phone. Chris told him he had received them but could not open the file, so he explained to my son what to do in order for him to open the files, so again my son e- mailed the files again. We have never received any acknowledgement on whether he had received files or could open them or anything else. So of course a couple of days later my son is calling to see if prints are ready, no answer as usual (they never answer their phone) so he drives out there on a Friday during business hours and they are closed no notice. Come Monday still nothing, finally gets a hold of this company and was told that they never received any files!? How can that be when he did talk to guy about not being able to open the second e-mail??? This had been going on for two weeks there is no excuse for this! This company is not reliable and has cost my son a failing grade for his college class. I would not recommend this company but if you do use them, go in person! Dissatisfied and P OFF!!!🤬
