Great Doctor and staff, very professional and caring. This doctor takes all the time he needs to assess and diagnose your health issue. He sends you for MRI's/imaging to get as much information to give you the best care available. I've been his patient 2003, I trust and rely him: for pain management, therapy equipment, physical therapy and when necessary radio frequency ablation. With his help I was able to work 13 more years at my job before retiring. He is the reason I was able to retire without any penalty. Dr. Flynn is sincerely committed in finding the best treatment available to treat his patients. Denise M. Robinson

Have treated with Dr. Flynn since 1999. Great caring professional who kept me working as long as I could. He listens and provides great care. If you are looking for a dr to just hand out scripts, he is not for you. The approach to treat your condition can be many faceted and he provides many alternatives to popping a pill.
A skilled surgeon who cares....

Called in and they made every excuse not to see me. They said since we live in Pasco they couldn't see me however all of my Doctors are in Hillsborough County. When I made a stink they put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back with the standard...."We are taking any more new patients". Don't waste your time with these bozos. Going to go somewhere else.

Very unsatisfied with Dr Flynn and the treatment and care I received at his office.
He quite clearly cares more about profit than he does about patient care. His office equipment is dated, he insists on patients using only his tiny and I'll equipped in-house Physical Therapy, regardless of patient needs and preference (the therapists themselves are decent - no complaints against them, but it's frustrating being pressured into using only his office's resources when I have much closer and higher rated PT offices much much closer by).
Because of my job I have to move around the US every couple of years, and end up having to find and transfer all of my back care to new pain-management docs/neurologists and physical therapists fairly frequently as the result. Having seen almost a dozen physicians - most before Dr Flynn, and one after... Up to this point he was the only doctor to insist on a procedure, and of course only at his office to be done by him. After seeking a second opinion just in case, I refused the procedure, and he literally yelled at me. I haven't been talked down to like that since I was a kid, it was shockingly demeaning.
Really wish I hadn't wasted so much time waiting for and attending the appointments with him. Highly disappointed. Also disappointed I can't give his practice a negative star rating.
If you're researching his office, I highly recommend looking at multiple review/rating sites for him or even asking other doctors about him (apparently he has a reputation) before you decide.

Dr. Flynn is very caring. He takes the time to help each patient individually himself - not something you see in many practices. He is thorough and won’t stop until he solves your problem. He is your answer!
