I did my exam and they informed me that their optical department was closed and suggest I go to the largo location with my prescription. I called and made an appointment at the largo location then the next day I drove 45 minutes only to be told that they do not accept my insurance and they cannot help me. I was very upset because I wasn’t asked for my insurance nor did they last at this location told me to verify my insurance before going. I assume since they took my insurance here that they would accept it at the largo also. I will not be going back

Dr. HO is the most complete and through eye specialist that I have ever had. She listens to what you have to say.

Always so efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I brought my elderly Mother in. She was hoping to improve her eyeglass prescription. The honest response was no and they could have sold her a pair of new glasses. I just love Dr. Williams and his skill and caring ways.
