Service is always very good from the front wall to the housekeeping staff. Rooms are getting a little dated. Restaurant makes a great Old Fashioned and the bar staff is warm and accommodating. Right down the block from #CharleysSteakhouse which is a must visit for either a steak or cauliflower steak and everything else. Rooms: Rooms are a little dated. The mini-fridge was sitting in an old chipped fixture and there is a false front where the television wiring was housed that simply just looked old. Plenty of outlets and USB A outlets. Bed was very comfortable. Nearby activities: Campbell Courtney Causeway and Whiskey Joe's for excellent sunsets is a 5-7 minute drive away. Safety: I felt very safe, I didn't venture very far or was out very late. Walkability: Walk down the block to Charley's Steakhouse, Westshore Mall, (I did not go), Ocean Prime and more. Food & drinks: Drinks at the bar and food was good.

Stayed here on March 19 for four nights. Fantastic staff. Jewel at the front desk is so pleasant. She really made us feel at home. The shuttle drivers went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be. Shout out to Falah, Victor and Raul. Careful drivers and so polite. When we couldnt get an Uber during rush hour, Raul recommended a local steakhouse. He not only took us there, but went inside with us to make sure we could get a table before leaving us there. Rooms were clean as were all the public areas. Would have rated five stars for rooms, but we felt the lighting was lacking, particularly in the area of the suitcase stand. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tampa. Food & drinks: We ate lunch at the restaurant on the day of arrival. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was excellent. My husband had a turkey club. We each had a soft drink. The bill was over $70! We did not eat there again as the prices were over our budget.
