Tom was informative, patient, thorough, communicative, and hard working throughout my entire experience of hunting for a home. Over the months I was searching with my girlfriend he took the time to explain different aspects of the mortgage application and lending process to both me and my girlfriend, sometimes repeatedly and on evenings/weekends, while always remaining patient and thorough. This was a HUGE help to us as it minimized the amount of stress related to this experience since it allowed us to focus on just finding the home that fit us. Most importantly I was incredibly impressed with how he worked overtime to get us a SPECTACULARLY low interest rate on our loan. I cannot say enough good things about Tom and my experience with him.
