If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Dr. Mia Fronteras is literally the best endocrinologist Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by. However, this office is literally THE WORST at providing patient care: I cant get in touch with them via phone or patient portal, they dont input labs when they say they will.
Do yourself a favor and find another treatment center.

Ive been with this group for 20 years and they canceled my appointment in May without notice, via text message, then havent returned my calls and messages since. Now that I need insulin, they want to limit the amount of insulin I get because I need to come in for an appointment! Well, Ive tried to call several times since May and theyre not answering the phone or returning calls! Im so disappointed

I was charged $400 for a 5 minute phone call and just generally had an extremely hard time getting insulin renewed. I actually ran out of insulin at one point because of a conflict between them and United Healthcare that was never fully resolved.
