I originally had a breast reduction surgery that was followed by A double mastectomy due to breast cancer. My previous Doctor passed away. The original implants I received were recalled because they were found to cause cancer. I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Aya-ay. She is amazing. When she replaced my implants she did some fat transfers to make the appearance of my breast soft and smooth and natural and she also improved some of my previous scarring. I dont have enough words to say how much I love the work she did and how grateful I am! If you are looking for a surgeon that really, truly understands women and what we need and want, then you need look no further! Thank you Dr. Aya-ay!

I have always had the best experience at Vivía Med Spa. Heather is the most amazing esthetician. She takes pride in her work and has given me the best facials. It is a very relaxing experience and exactly what my skin needs. Her knowledge on the skin, products and her techniques are outstanding. I highly recommend!!

What an amazing experience! This office is so beautiful, professional and has the most amazing staff!!! One of the best Medspas in Tampabay! Cant wait to go back. The best part is you can do it all in one office facials, lasers, injectables and consult with the amazing Dr Aya-ay for any surgery needs

Deciding to invest in yourself can be incredibly stressful. There are so many procedures and providers to help keep us looking and feeling like our best self, its hard to know where to start. I have been seeing Melanie and Emily for years for botox, and recently have been seeing Heather for facials and Subnovii. I cant express how kind, patient, supportive and knowledgeable the entire team have been over the years. A lot of cosmetic procedures make you look a lot worse before they make you feel better and when you see your self in the mirror you start to worry that you have made a terrible mistake and are going to look worse than where you started, which was the case with me and the Subnovii procedure. Heather frequently checked in on me and asked to see pictures of my healing and supported me during the entire process. I cant say enough about this facility and this team!!!! Thank you for making me feel like my best self!
