No one answers the phone! It's 2:30PM and I have been trying for the last 1 1/2 hours to reach the office. The message I get states that the office is now closed but their hours state they are open until 7PM!!!!!

Every appointment Ive had I am there 15 min earlier as per their requests. I arrive the medical asst comes in takes my vitals and then shes gone. I waited 50 min for the doctor to come in. I finally knocked on the door to let them know I was leaving, the doctor Finally comes in no apologies, no exam just how are you. Stays 5 min . I asked him for a script for blood work and then left frustrated and not cared for. Is this the policy for f quality care for your patients? . I understand doctors get backed up, delays, emergencies etc but what about the patient who has other appts and concerns. Wheres the respect for my time. I respected his time and arrived 20 min earlier. I think you should teach your doctors if they are running late then have a staff person come in and explain, offer a magazine, put the tv on whatever. Your pavilion is beautiful and your consierge service ends at the door of the examination room. I am going to change my pcp who works for your organization. I hope it improves quickly. Im not the only patient complaining about wait time/management.

This is my first time in my life that ever had a doctor spend actual time with me. Listened to all of my concerns. I have accomplished more with AdventHealth then I have anywhere else. Dr Zureikat is wonderful! I also like the fact that the facility is truly a One-Stop shop. They have a pharmacy, Imaging Center, Lab and a Center for your kiddos to go so they are entertained while you have your appointment.
