Shelby was my ultrasound tech. She was so kind and caring. She talked me through the steps and what to expect. Really appreciate that there are still people out there who love their job. The front desk was also super kind and helpful. It's a great team overall. Very clean, too.

Very clean and beautiful inside. Front desk ok, they could use a welcome greeting when you get in, a smile, showing happiness. MRI Tech is awesome, very nice and patient, sweet, and other techs that help her with my MRI were also very nice - was a guy and a petite girl. The only thing they could use to walk patients out the lobby when the exam is complete after I changed clothes, I felt a little abandoned and lost. I went today to pick up the Imaging and report, and again, the front desk doesn't acknowledge you, 2 persons, they do not look at you when you enter the place,after like 5 minutes when one of them asked me "how can I help you", there is no smile or emotions. This won't stop me from coming back there again. Techs are very nice and kind!! I love this place for the cleanness and nicer techs, and it will be my new imaging place.
Another thing, I did not receive a call to confirm my appointment and to see if I had any questions, and when I called a few days before to ask a question I had, they told me to wait until they day before that they make the calls in the evening since they are open until 7 pm, no one ever called me. I had to mention this to help you improve with better customer service skills and communication with patients.
These little things can be improved, other than that, it is a great place, I still will give it 5 stars because I like this place a lot! The techs make me feel safe, and that helps me control my fear. (Sorry, I always get the names of the persons, but not this time)
