DPMG Inc. - Auto Accident Experts

When I came to DPMG I had no clue what to do after my accident. Everyone there has been so helpful! Angie is amazing, she gives the best massages, she is so patient when explaining how the different beds work and what to expect physically as my pain was changing. I would recommend anyone who has been in a car accident to go to DGMG

Starting out there, they was so nice. They addressed me as Ms. Darlene instead of Darlene. This was on every visit, not just one or two. They was always smiling and glad to see me when I came in. I had a problem with a doctors that I was referred to me from DPMG when I call the office and told them my problem I was having. They got just as upset and apologizing the whole conversation even though it was not their fault. I truly appreciate their understanding. I hated when I was told about my last visit. They are so so nice and would refer them to everybody. Much luv and miss. Darlene Farr

Everyone there from the doctor to the the therapist to the front desk. Everyone is super kind and polite! I couldn't pick a better place in such hard times. Thank you DPMG!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS, I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT!!! I can't imagine there is a better facility to receive physical therapy but if there is, I'd choose this place every day of the week and twice on Sunday! The pleasant experience begins as soon as I walk through the door. The receptionist greets me with a warm friendly smile as I sign in. There is a TV and toys in the waiting room for adults and small children, in addition to a video game area for older kids (yes, I consider myself an older kid, lol). The wait time to be called back is less than the industry standard (sometimes, I wish they didn't call me back so fast so I can finish at least one video game, lol). I was under the excellent care of Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams has such a warm disposition. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my condition to me. Together, we worked out a treatment plan for me. Because I had soft tissue damage (which is generally the case with less severe MVA's), I was prescribed a muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory medication for sore, contracting and inflamed muscles which is often the case with soft tissue injuries. I didn't go home with half the stock of the drug store! Now for the really good part...TREATMENTS!!! I won't go into detail about my treatment but suffice to say the equipment is state of the art (I want first dibs on the hydro-bed when it's time for a new one, lol) and it was appropriate for my treatment. In other words, I felt like I could survive another day by the time I left. The staff is sooo nice. Special shout out to my girl, Jessica. l felt like we were BFF's from ages ago. All the staff is very professional, knowledgeable and expertly skilled in providing exceptional care. Dr. Williams' prescribed treatment was followed to the letter. The care I received was almost worth being in a MVA. I can't sing their praises enough! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends hands down.
