        Incompetent covid nurses who are in a back room and when you get an employee to help they suddenly all come out claiming they cannot help even if you have an appt. If you were in your area doing your job people can actually get assisted.

        I come to this CVS all the time and the staff is always on point, very patient, and super helpful. Whether it was to pick up a prescription, visit the minute clinic or purchase some essentials, I've always had a pleasant experience. I was able to meet Karina (district manager) during one of my visits who helped me obtain covid test kits :)
