Just completed our driveway and it is beautiful....Ira kept us informed of the delivery of pavers and installation. Very responsive. This is the 2nd job his company has installed pavers for us... First project was patio pavers.. Highly recommend this company.

The work done by his subcontractor is well done. My problem lies with how my large paver project has been managed. We signed the contract April 21 and put a 50% deposit down and the remaining 50% upon completion. With 2 months delay with Pasco permit process we got the driveway Right of Way permit on Jun 17. After another month waiting for the walkway and patio permitting (August 20 resolution) I told Ira Stolon (Contractor) to have the material delivered and start work on the driveway and entrance that the current permit allows. He was reluctant to start after 3 months without meeting all permitting requirements. I, on the other hand, wanted to see some results for what I’d already paid 3 months ago! After the driveway and entrance was done (July) Ira sent me an invoice to pay 24% more or he wouldn’t complete the project. At this point we are over 5 months from start and I’ve told Ira I will pay the remaining (per contract) when he completes the job. I waited to finally get half the job done and now after all permitting requirements are resolved I’m still being extorted for more outside of the contract agreement.
