The sales rep was so rude that she cut the call at the end when I said that I dont want them to schedule anything until I go through the quote. She just was uncool and I am never going to do business with them for treating customers like trash.

Used them for the first time today. Brian M cut our lawn and he tacked on a $20 overgrown lawn fee, but failed to mention that he broke our fence, which our landlord had fixed just hours before he showed up. My roommate even left instructions on how to open the fence to prevent this. On top of the disappointment from coming home to a broken fence leading to the yard my dog plays in, the lawn clippings were left in the driveway instead of being blown away, and somehow even ended up on our raised porch and all over our trash bins. Online form to process the damage was down so we spent an hour on hold waiting to speak to a representative. The representative Adrian was the only good thing that came out of this experience and we were granted a $20 refund, but for the poor job done a full refund would have been a much better offer. Not positive that we will continue to use their services. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance
