Not an actual Post Office more like FedEx vehicle repair shop

A few months ago our community decided to get all new mailboxes, so they went to For site. A couple of weeks ago I noticed I had a screw missing which holds the door the the box. On Friday 7/15/2016 I called Tom at For site and left him a voicemail informing him of the issue. I received a call back from Tom on the following Monday 7/18/2016 staying that yes this is a warranty issue and he would have his installer out by the end of the week to fix the box. That Friday 7/22/2016 came by and when I got home from work it was still not fixed, so I called Tom again and left him another voicemail. I don't hear back from Tom until the following Wednesday 7/27/2016 at 4:32 PM apologizing and stated that he scheduled the installer to come out and stated the the installer must have decided not to come here. Tom then informed me it would be completed the very next day 7/28/2016. When I arrived at home that day at 5:00 PM the mailbox was still not fixed, so I called and left Tom yet another voicemail. Today is 7/29/2016 5:45 PM and my mailbox is still not fixed, and I have another voicemail into Tom to get this fixed. It should not take over 2 weeks to fix something on your product. This is very unprofessional and horrible Customer Service. I will never recommend this company to anyone else as it seems they don't stand by their product enough to follow through with their work.
