Im a project manager with a very large company and continually have been promised that work will be done. They failed to answer the phone they do not show up on time. Or they dont even show up all together when they promised you. If youre looking for a good landscaper this is not the company for you.

Never hire! Layed sod without doing prep work they said would be done. All uneven and major holes in grass where no sod. Worker laying sod very rude! Couldn't even bend over just threw sod down never bothering to make pieces butt against each other therefore large holes someone could get hurt walking across. When the worker was told about this just shrugged his shoulders.

Its a good place to work and all the staff members are real good people to know.

**HORRIBLE** This company hires MOSTLY illegal workers and treats their regular employees like S***! The company also works in my apartment complex doing there tree and landscaping work and I have seen how little work they do. I've seen with my own eyes employees drinking on the job, and have seen them push the trinmings after they cut the trees under tables and chairs outside of people's apts so they do not have to take it to the dump!!! My management company to my apt complex is looking for a new service! The one good tree guy they did employ they let go for no reason so the workers that are climbing in trees, that are using difficult machinery that should be licensed (but are not), are not doing the job that people are paying them to do! Any tree over 12ft the employee must be licensed to trim or cut that tree so this company does various illegal things to make money. This is unsafe for the company and the employees!!! I have never wrote a review for any company but felt the need to inform others how bad they treat their employees and their customers! I own 2 real estate companies, that I do mostly property management on, and wouldn't recommend Magnolia Group to even cut a grain of grass on any of my properties!!!
