Unfortunately I have to update my great rating as my experience over time with this company has been severely disappointing. I had trees installed that I spent approximately $40,000 and many of the trees continue to die. Although the company has tried to replace trees they continue to never resolve the fundamental problem so the trees continue to die and at some point they said they were no longer going to replace the trees. One of their owners / employee said that the wrong trees were installed and I should have put in a different set of trees which they would accommodate and do and work out some negotiable Arrangement so that I would not pay the full cost all over again. To my dismay the owner did not talk to another owner and the other owner would not honor that agreement and simply wanted me to repay to have all the trees reinstalled of a different kind. I have since had another independent company come out and inspect the property and it is determined that the irrigation drip line which this company everything outdoors installed was not working properly and has been damaged by their crew. This is likely the reason why trees have been dying indiscriminately over time. I have tried to contact the company Jared specifically and make arrangements to find some way to accommodate a way of paying for the replacement but only for the cost of a different type of plant to accommodate our needs but they are unwilling to be agreeable and will not provide a warranty. It is unfortunate that I am forced to restate my original comments because I had used them on another project and was satisfied but apparently they are not reliable to work something out where I am trying to be reasonable. I just think people should know ultimately this is another side to the owners of this business. Should they contact me and work something out I will be happy to update the status of this and restate how this was resolved in all fairness. Our backyard was a dry, hot, desolate sandy weedy mess. It has since been completely transformed into an oasis far superior to what we could have ever imagined. Working with Jared and Bill is an absolute pleasure. Second only to the amazing folks who literally worked the hottest summer ever. Super professional, extremely polite, also quite talented! The whole project has just been an outstanding effort, and the results speak volumes for their work. I can tell they care about what they do, which makes me feel like I made a perfect choice an even better decision. I can go on about how happy my wife and I are but the bottom line is we were very happy with the budget and blown away with the results. My yard actually feels like it's larger than it was despite all the beautiful new foliage and stunning landscape. I am so grateful for having chosen Everything Outdoors! I absolutely would do business again and highly recommend working with them
