Poor service and poor follow-thru.We finally had to fire Eagle as they completely mismanaged our account and our business insurance.  They aren't very organized and they aren't very customer oriented.  Simple requests would go unanswered for weeks at a time.  Various reps were flipped in and out of the account without notice.  Most were completely incompetent.  Total cluster of sorts with no apologies and commitments to do better in the future.  Fired and on to the next.
