Do not hire or transact with Susan Mazuchouski. She is an extremely vindictive and unreasonable person who is too much of a hot head to rationally resolve any complex issue let alone your situation. Avoid her.

I am speaking for the disability portion of Hartford. I have this benefit through my work. Each agent I have spoken to via call or chat have been unhelpful and rude. I have left messages for analyst and spoken to at least 10 different people over 3 weeks time. Each person I have spoken to has contradicted the last. I am still waiting for my short term disability approval. I had surgery 6/28. DO NOT contract these people. I wish I could rate them a 0.

They helped me so much when I was out of work due to a difficult pregnancy and after I had my baby. Even when the docs office couldn't get my papers in time my agent was one of the most helpful! Thanks Hartford company!

Hartford has fought paying me for my LTD since I applied. I have worked over 40 hours a week for over 40 years. The Hartford doesn't think this is enough. I have sacrificed my body and my health to work and support my family. They do not consider a heart attack with a stent, both knees replaced, diabetes, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy, progressive hypertrophic polyneuropathy, Barrett's Esophagus, 2 ORIF's on my dominate humerus resulting in a plate from shoulder to elbow with 13 screws, 3 cables and 2 cadaver bones, 5 surgeries on my left foot from Charcot's, arthritis everywhere, they do not consider me as disabled. They continue to want me to work. I'd like to know if there is anyone at the Hartford who has my work history with my decrepit body?? These people are the most UNCARING organization I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. And as an ex ER nurse and supervisor-I have dealt with a lot of unsympathetic people and organizations. I would NEVER recommend this company. If I knew then what I know now.....
