Don't work for this company. They took advantage of me and they do not care about the mental health of their employees. I had to check myself into a mental health facility and their main concern was coming back to work, not concerned with my wellbeing. They failed to pay me bonus and took advantage of my disability.

This office in San Antonio,TX just opened. It is a cluster Frack. I came on as an agent after being an operations supervisor at another place. Unorganized and the people they hire as supervisors cannot answer basic operations questions. It was so bad I left for a much more professional situation. My PTO and floating holiday requests we never paid out. I was promised a $1000 referral bonus which was never paid. Which I have everything in writing. Bringing up concerns to the operations manager and HR do nothing. They say the will fix it and they do not. Honestly don’t waste your time and energy on this sh!t hole. Supervisors talk down to agents and are boarder line verbally abusive. They have no people skills. They complain about their working conditions out on the production floor. They single out and yell at agents on the production floor. I experienced this and witnessed this myself. Definitely very unprofessional environment. Stay away don’t waste your time.
