I filed a claim almost a month ago and no one has gotten back to me after submitting all my information asked for then I call every day and nobody answers the phone. Definitely unprofessional

They are unresponsive and rude - my car is not driveable and the representative does not return calls - and is UNRESPONSIVE to voicemails

Honestly if I could give this a negative star rating I would. If you ever have to deal with them I would instantly take them to court and get a lawyer don’t even bother calling them. They barely pick up, they will waste your time and make you wait the maximum 90 days to decide wether they want to pay for the damages or not. And they decided not to. Everyone here is so unprofessional and rude. It disgusting that they are even a buisness. I promise you they will not pay for the damages at all.

Casey Dublin does not return phone calls or emails, one of their drivers hit MY car and it's been a month and still the damages have not been fixed because they are still "investigating". This situation has become a nightmare and it wasn't even my fault.. wondering if my car will ever get fixed. UPDATE: It's now been 5 months since my accident, had to get my car fixed through MY OWN insurance. I waited 3 months for them to fix my car and I thought enough is enough. Who knows if my insurance company got their reimbursement through them. Now i'm dealing with trying to get a reimbursement of my rental that I needed while my car was in the shop.
