        Its been messy from the start. I can never get ahold of anyone when I call, it takes days to hear back. I left a voicemail Friday because I had a very time sensitive request as I just bought a new house and got a text message Monday that my agent is only available Mondays and Wednesdays and she would help me today. However, as soon as I replied, I didnt hear back again. So now Ill have to wait until Wednesday? I dont think so. Ill go somewhere else and find someone who actually cares.

        These people have been wonderful. Always courteous and helpful. Have gone above and beyond, even assisting with other insurance claims and use of fax machine after my father died.
