I have used The Maids for over a year now. In the beginning they were great and then the quality of service started declining. I called several times and spoke with the manager and the next cleaning would be better and then problems again. They have trouble keeping staff and it's always new people. I'm sorry to say that they will no longer be cleaning my home. I'm in the process of hiring a new service. I sincerely hope they get their problems worked out! Service: Standard clean

Had The Maids come and do a deep clean on a home. I just purchased. I wanted the house cleaned before moving in as it has been vacant for several months. My wife and I couldn't of been happier with the work they did. The house looked so much brighter and fresher once they were done. They took the time to really get some good detail cleaning done and I would definitely recommend them for a home cleaning.

Terrible experience. Total rip off. Charge $216 to clean a 1200 square-foot townhome typical cleaning about $90
If I would’ve read all the bad reviews I would not have used them. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau terrible cleaning left everything dirty. Not responsive disconnected their phone number. Please do not use their service they should be out of business
Total rip off terrible job please stay far away from their service. Never seen such poor service and such a high price. I guess they are desperate
because their business is going down

Terrible experience with The Maids, I would 100% recommend not booking. They damaged my bathroom sink and when I reported it (with pictures), Destiny, the "manager" told me that the owner does not care and had no interest in addressing the issue. Destiny informed me that the owner does not care at all about customer issues and, if she was empowered, she would have handled it differently. The bi-weekly cleaning service (which I used for about 3 months) got progressively worse every time with the crew changing and becoming less reliable each time. STAY AWAY at all costs. Much better options available. Just get a TaskRabbit.
