DocMJ

I have been a patient with DocMJ since they formed. I recently met with Dr. Glider in the Tampa office, because of the legal changes with dosage I had to submit a route request form. Now, Doctor Glider told me it could take up to three weeks to be considered for a modification. He then told me he would send me the form. He never sent the form, when went online and submitted myself I was informed by DocMJ it can take up to 10-12 business days to process. I called today (9 days since submission) and the representative told me that the form is still pending in the Tampa office. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told none was available. The delay is not with the State, the delay is with the service provided by DocMJ and this particular Doctor. His manner and follow through tell me why he is no longer practicing in his prior field. I have asked for a call from the Tampa office Manager and am currently waiting. I will be writing a letter to the CEO of your company and depending on how this goes, will take my business elsewhere. I've reached out by phone and keep getting told nothing the representative can do. Let's see if someone actually reads these Reviews at DocMJ and more importantly whether they choose to recover from this poor service experience compounded by covering and blaming the state for inadequacies in your own organization. So, beware of Dr. Gilder and reconsider your provider if considering DocMJ

Dr. Zheng-Smith and her team were highly professional, helpful and caring. I was able to get an appointment quickly that worked for my schedule, and they were very efficient and clearly explained everything to me. Highly recommened!

Very efficient and professional. My experience here was excellent. Dr. Marc is a true, down to earth person that is well versed in this area.

Great Experience, I had to renew , this was a different office . So , I was kinda stressed out. The minute I walked in, I noticed how clean it was , I was treated very nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful and actually cares about you. The doctor was extremely helpful and even took extra time to make sure, I got everything done before I left the office, so I didn’t have to spend hours at home trying to go through the online process with the state system. I was very thankful for the extra care. I left feeling good knowing I just have to wait now to get my medicine.. Thank You ! Doc Mj for a flawless and professional experience!
