I had friends moving from California to Florida that needed an inspection ASAP. They were in town for a short time looking at properties and wanted the inspection done before they left town. (If possible) And as we ALL know right now with Florida properties, timing is everything!! Victor was able to do this the next morning (early) and get the report out that evening! Victor and Judith are amazing! They are extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They are also highly responsive and will go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. They not only did a great job with our home inspection, but also came back 2 months later to re-inspect after I discovered a roof leak caused by a recent storm. They even made recommendations on who I should contact about the leak and offered to teach my husband how to change our light fixtures. We are first time homeowners, so their knowledge and willingness to help meant the world to us. They were prompt and thorough each time and literally the nicest people youll ever meet. I would highly recommend them to everyone and plan to use their services in the future!

I called Driskell Home Inspections and needed a quick turn around on a second home condo I'm buying at the beach. They were able to come within my five day window of time. Mr. Driskell was very thorough and professional. My report is amazing...the pictures are clear and the recommendations are spot on and appreciated. I even have a home binder with information and local contractors who can help with repairs. I highly recommend Driskell Home Inspections.
