My wife and I were referred to AcuSystem by a friend when needing an inspection before the purchase of our home. Alex Uribe came out to do our inspection and was as detailed as I could have ever hoped. He gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable about moving forward with the transaction. He gave us a fully detailed report of urgent concerns and preventive as well. He caught some minor things that I would never have known to even ask about. I highly recommend Alex Uribe and Acusystem. In addition to Alex's detailed work, they were reasonably priced and had the reports to us very quickly. I had a follow up question for Alex a month after his initial visit and he went back through the paperwork and gave me exactly what I needed.

I’ve used Acusystem Inspections a few times now and their team is amazing. Earlier this year I was switching homeowner’s insurance and was required to get a 4-point inspection with very short notice. Dave and his team fit me into the schedule so I could meet the deadline. About a month ago I was told I’d need a termite inspection and a water test. Dave’s team came through again! They’re extremely responsive and customer focused.

Definitely would hire AcuSystem Home inspection again, no doubt about it. They are super professional, affordable and you will get a detailed report with pictures by the end of the day or early next morning after the inspection was complete.

Ozzy Kavruk, at AcuSystem Home Inspections was professional and took his time with the inspection. I received the required inspection reports the same day. I would definitely use Mr. Kavruk again.
