HD Home Inspector

Your home is one of the biggest investments that you will ever make. Dean treats that investment as if it were his own. He took the time to educate me on certain aspects of the home building process that I would have never known as a first-time home buyer. Dean has over 20 years of experience doing home inspections and it showed in the quality of the service he provided. He is honest, pays GREAT attention to detail, and inspected any little concern that I had with my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will utilize him again for future services.

When buying a home that’s a new construction, most people advise you that you don’t need a home inspector. After using HD for our inspection on our newly built home, I can tell you that you absolutely should use one! There are so many issues that will pass code inspections, but are unacceptable for the home buyer to have to accept. Having HD do our independent inspection was a life saver. Dean found so many things that we would not have been ok with our builder passing on to us, and they are probably not things we would have found on our own until our warranty was up. Dean is thorough and professional, and he will look out for your best interests.

Dean has done three home inspections for me over the last few years and each time they been extremely detailed. In fact, he saved us from a potential nightmare on a house we almost bought! The owner had tried to cover up leaks and foundation issues which Dean found after digging further. I'm not sure when I'm buying my next home, but Dean will be inspecting it!
