        I have had clients use Richard for remodel and full custom build out. He is exemplary in the quality of work he provides his clients. He is old school, a good Christian principled man and always delivers way beyond what any Builder would provide at his pricing. Anyone who has worked with only Stenholm Construction in a build out may not know just how lucky they are because most Builders do not provide this attention to detail, not even close. He and his team are always very busy throughout South Tampa, Davis Island and Carrolwood but if you have opportunity to work with him, your home will be blessed. Services: Consultation, Design, Project management, General repairs & maintenance, Demolition, Remodelling
