My AC unit was installed in April 2021 by one stop cooling. In December, my AC unit had an issue and needed the coil replaced. I called numerous times per week constantly checking where is my part? Has it arrived over and over. A month passed living in FLORIDA with no working AC unit. After a month, they realized they NEVER ordered the coil (they had only ordered two pieces to insert the coil but not the coil). It was fixed soon after the coil was ordered. However, when their AC guy came out to install the new coil, he dropped my drip pan which contains GALLONS of water in my attic and it poured out of my master bedroom vent (extremely negligent and risks us dealing with mold and water damage). He says its fine he fixed it and leaves. Weeks go by, our AC unit is again not working. They send an AC guy out to realize our drip pan is cracked and leaking which causes our safety valve to flip on and shut down the unit completely. So, the AC worker dropped our drip pan and cracked it yet reinstalled it without even mentioning it to us. Now I am going on three weeks of again having my AC not properly functioning due to their company BREAKING my drip pan. A worker has to come out every three days to drain the water to avoid by AC shutting off (again in the Florida heat). On top of that, its been three weeks of me calling nearly daily or every other day checking where is my drip pan has it arrived to continually be told a new excuse. The first drip pan was apparently delivered but their warehouse somehow didnt receive. So they ordered another one on Monday and chose 1-day delivery. Its Thursday and its still not here. There is currently NO resolution. This has been an awful, long, horrible experience and this company cannot handle AC units this way especially in a state as hot as FLORIDA.

Took 3 weeks vs 2 days but finally got everything in shape for city inspection.

We have been having an ongoing issue with our unit and we had two companies come diagnose our unit. One Stop was able to get a tech out next day for us. Jason H went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our concerns and questions. Even days after we still had questions and he was very easy to reach via phone and text. Jolene the manager, was also very easy to communicate with and she also took the time to explain things to us and explain our options. They are NOT like other companies trying to charge for every little thing they can! I highly recommend OneStop Tampa office! Services: Repair HVAC, Ductless heating & A/C services, HVAC system maintenance, Cleaning

All the system needed was a tweaking which the tech saw and corrected immediately upon arrival. I had changed ISPs and they were able to sync up both of my thermostats to my new ISP. Great job! Would highly recommend. Very pleased with the 2 systems I bought and their responsiveness to my issue. Services: Repair HVAC, Thermostat repair
