We worked with the Divisional Director of Sales to purchase health insurance through National General. Though she seemed friendly and polite on the phone it is unfortunate that my email questions about the plan went unanswered (I've kept all the correspondence) and the only thing that proved to be accurate from the sales pitch (I kept all those emails as well) was the GoodRx price for meds. We've cancelled this policy and moved on to another company.
