So my hairdresser was patricia I came in there yesterday asking for a shaggy cut and curtains bangs the lady spent 20 min trying to detangle my hair no detangler she also didn't separate my hair correctly even after I mentioned I wear it down the middle then she continued to keep asking me which side I wear my hair on even though I've told her only down the middle. I asked for curtain bangs and she's given me fringe bangs basically a choppy cut straight across even tried to tuck two pieces behind my ear I told her no one's ever done it like that please cut it off and I go home literally hating my self reflection and hair.

Netty washed and styled my hair she has in the past cut my hair. Always very kind and professional. I would recommend her for any service you may need.

I'm going to keep this review simple. Im the type I color my hair at home, I hate getting my nails done (but I do) if I have to wait at doctors office more than 20 minutes I'll leave.....so the reason I like this place is because the 3 times I've gone it's always been same hairdressers. There's not a big turnover there and the ladies seem to know their clients by name. I've only had a quick trim but after my experience I'm going to add some layers next time and will continue to come here. I also haven't had to wait long and they listen to the fact I only want split ends cut off.
