Poor Customer Service, Unfair business practices with bait and switch tendencies. Last minute take it or leave it addendum that gave them a blank check to increase pass along all material costs over 2% over 2 year build period. The current housing market allows them to bully potential buyers and move on to the next victim. I don't know about the quality of their work but, if their customer service and customer followup was awful. We liked the development but will not go back to this builder. Service: Project management
