Andy and his team absolutely saved the day for us! We had Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring installed by a different company who did not level the floor underneath as needed, and all the planks were coming apart. Andy was referred to me to fix it and he was a true expert! He brought a large level and showed me how uneven the floors were and explained why the planks were coming apart. He also explained that a stair that went to the next room was also not level with the floor which was causing issues. His team took up the flooring, refinished the stair, leveled the entire floor and re-laid the flooring for a reasonable price. We wish we knew about him before - he definitely would have done the job right the first time, saving a lot of headaches! We definitely recommend Flooring VIP Express! I contacted Andy in June (2020) to get a quote for some work needed in a home we were purchasing.  I had reached out to at least 2 other companies, but they either didn't bother to call back or didn't follow up. Andy was responsive and arranged to meet me at the house. We walked thru and he got back to me with a quote within a couple days. We then added more to the list of projects, so he met us again and provided another quote. The price was within our budget, so we told Andy we'd like to proceed. Only issue was the house we were purchasing was in probate and we didn't have a clear settlement date. Raquel (Andy's wife, who handles the scheduling and billing), said to just keep in touch. We had a tentative date, but they didn't want to book it until after settlement. I don't blame them as anything can happen. It was my experience that contractors can book up months in advance and we couldn't move in until the work was complete. I was worried that booking after settlement would delay our move in significantly. I was wrong. Raquel must have kept us in mind becuase work began within a week or two of settlement. Andy told us it would take 2-3 weeks. Everything took 2 1/2 weeks. I had heard SO MANY bad stories of contractors delaying things for months or starting a job and then disappearing. Andy delivered on every promise he made. He organized popcorn ceiling removal, the stripping and replacing of the floors throughout our new house, and the painting of almost every room. Also, installation of a new kitchen back splash and rock face added  to surround our fireplace. The house looks like a completely different house from when we bought. It's so beautiful. I would recommend Andy without reservation. Also, Raquel is so great. Easy to deal with and quick when returning calls and texts.
