If I could score zero I would !!!!! I am so disappointed in the unprofessionalism with this location and their staff. I started my fitness journey with Youfit back in August 2017. I falling in love with the fitness world I decided to go to school and pursue a personal training certification, and I have been very adamant about starting my career with Youfit. I had my interview with Rudy, which was a good experience. I was originally supposed to have my interview with Sean the director, but last minute he canceled. Told me to ask for Rudy which I did when I arrived at the facility. The interview was successful. I was told I should hear back from them that following Monday. The following Monday the facility inquired back, as promised. I was informed I left a very good impression; will be hearing back from onboard for the hiring process. I was eager to begin. The same day I received other career opportunities, in which I declined. Under the impression that I would be starting my career with Youfit. A week goes by and the YouFit failed to follow up with the on boarding process.I proceed to inquire: called, texted, even drove 30 minutes to speak with Sean personally. Sean sent another manger to speak with me. This second manager proceed to inform me that Sean was on break. I told this second individual I would wait to speak with my hiring manager, Sean. The second manager paid no mind to my request and insisted I spoke with him. I tried expressing my concerns and I felt they were all disregarded by his excuses and him not giving me the allotted to explain my concerns. He proceed to tell ‘Well I don’t know how long you would wait. He’s gonna tell you the same thing I’m telling you.’ I have lost two other career opportunities at YouFit’s expense. My efforts were unrecognized; expended my gas and wasted my time. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and future employee treatment. A complete let down. I went from being inspired to be a You coach, I will never step foot into any Youfit again !!
